Made of Silicon, it is an extra soft and highly stretchable material which can absorb shock to a large extent.

Insert the Aspects Of Feet silicon heel cup inside the shoe and place it in the heel position.

The heel cups simulates the fatty tissue under the heel to provide extra shock absorption in heel strike.

The central extra soft blue portion further relieves the central heel pressure, especially in cases of heel pain and heel spur.

The cradle design is to increase the contact area of the heel and evenly distribute the pressure.

The heel cups also act as a mild heel rise which can redistribute pressure from the heel to the forefoot, further alleviating heel pressure.

Wash with tap water, dry, then scatter with baby powder and remove any excess powder before re-applying to the foot.
