The insole is made of silicon and is anatomically designed to increase the contact area of the foot and evenly distribute the pressure. The blue areas at forefoot and heel are lower density and have stronger shock absorption ability. It is suitable for normal foot arches or with severe foot pain.

Accommodate --- Absorber series are made of ultra soft material with excellent shock absorption ability. It is suitable for severe foot pain. (e.g. heel spur, plantar fasciitis). There are different levels of arch supports for different foot types.

Remove existing insole from the shoe.
Insert the Aspects Of Feet insole into your shoe.
It is recommended to use the Aspects Of Feet insole for 3 ~ 4 hours on the first day. Then increase the wearing period for 1 hour everyday.
Wear them a little longer each day until you feel comfortable.
Wash with tap water, dry, then scatter with baby powder removing any excess powder before inserting the insole into your shoe.
