The insole is made of silicon. The blue areas at the metatarsal pad and heel are lower density with stronger shock absorption ability. There is a moderate arch support and is suitable for low or collapsed arches, pronated foot, flatfoot and severe foot pain. Alternatively, it can fill the arch of a high arched foot, evenly distributing the plantar foot pressure.

Accommodate --- Absorber series are made of ultra soft material with excellent shock absorption ability. It is suitable for severe foot pain. (e.g. heel spur, plantar fasciitis). There are different levels of arch supports for different foot types.

Remove existing insole from the shoe.
Insert the Aspects Of Feet insole into your shoe.
It is recommended to use the Aspects Of Feet insole for 3 ~ 4 hours on the first day. Then increase the wearing period for 1 hour everyday.
Wear them a little longer each day until you feel comfortable.
Wash with tap water, dry, then scatter with baby powder removing any excess powder before inserting the insole into your shoe.
