Insert the Heel Cushion inside the shoe, placing it in the heel position. Alternatively, the heel cushion can be inserted inside the stocking or sock for direct contact with the heel.

Made of S.E.B.S., it is an extra soft and highly stretchable material which has similar properties to that of human soft tissue and absorbs shock to a large extent. It is also excellent in relieving pressure and shearing forces effectively.


The Heel Cushion simulates the soft tissue under the heel to provide excellent shock absorption during heel strike. The central honeycomb portion further relieves the central heel pressure, especially in the case of heel pain and heel spur.

The heel cradle is designed to increase the contact area of the heel and evenly distribute the pressure.

The Heel Cushion also acts as a mild heel rise which can redistribute pressure from the heel to the forefoot, further alleviating heel pressure.

Wash with tap water, dry, then scatter with baby powder and remove any excess powder before re-applying to the foot.
